I have had such a positive experience with Watertown Dental Associates. I was a previous patient of Dr. Dana for over a decade so transitioning to a new dentist can be scary. But Dr. Mason treated me with TLC and was extremely thorough. I’m so happy to see that Dr. Sood has taken over. She’s a familiar face and very kind. I had my first crown ever today and it was painless. It doesn’t even feel weird like a normal filling would. Dr. Sood is trustworthy and her staff is a delight.

Incredible staff! I was greeted with a warm smile from the lovely receptionist who carefully and patiently explained the forms needed to be completed. Both the Dentist Dr. Trevor Mason, and his Technician Allen, gave clear, and informative explanations of what was being done. Never in my 62 years have I had such a thorough, yet gentle cleaning & exam. I would recommend ANYONE having a fear of dentists to go to Watertown Dental to LOOSE THAT FEAR! Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! I won’t go anywhere else ever again!

I was initially hesitant to find a new dentist for my daughter after a previous bad experience elsewhere. But Dr. Neha Sood and her team completely changed that. The care my daughter received was excellent, and Dr. Sood was incredibly kind and professional. The front desk staff was also very helpful, clearly explaining what was and wasn't covered under our dental plan. Because of the outstanding care and trust they've earned, we've now made this our dentist office for the whole family. Highly recommended!

Dr. Sood is exceptional. She does my cleanings herself, which immediately sets the tone for a truly personal experience. She showed genuine, individualized concern for my dental health—taking the time to explain things clearly—without being overbearing or alarmist. She strikes a rare balance: not too soft, but never harsh. On top of that, she’s genuinely kind and good-humored, which makes the whole visit feel easy and comfortable, especially as she takes the time to explain what may or may not be covered by insurance. You leave feeling well cared for, well informed, and confident you have excellent hands in your mouth. Shout out to the strong support offered by hygienist, Rose, and gatekeeper Ken for their added professionalism and experience.

Great experience! The Dr was very thorough. They took great care to explain what they were doing step by step and why with my insurance and pain tolerance (most in important imo) in mind. Made a plan with many alternatives available to me at the time.

Great practice. Dr Sood is a great dentist, gentile and caring. Her assistant Rose, and office manager Ken are wonderful. Highly recommend this Dental office.

If you're looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Watertown Dental. I came in for a cleaning after a few years without a dentist and was treated extremely well here. They discussed areas of concern and walked me through the treatment plan. I look forward to coming back more frequently to the dentist.

As the former owner and a Dentist of 42 years I think that a 5 Star review would mean something! Yesterday I woke up to a broken tooth. I was having trouble eating and was uncomfortable when drinking anything cold. I called the office and Ken at the front desk got me an appointment that same day. X-rays and intra oral pictures were taken so that I could see what was happening. I can’t say enough about Dr Sood and Rosie. What a great team! There was Zero discomfort and I got 2 teeth restored like they were brand new. It makes me feel good that my former office is in great hands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! P Dana DMD

Dr. Sood is an excellent dentist. She is good at explaining what she sees. The dental hygienists are good. The billing is always correct. If you need a dentist I highly recommend her.
